Ooh, I love this concept. My plans are to take a nearly two-hour karate class on Saturday. And on Sunday, to head out to Kelly Drive. I probably won't run the whole thing. Just do about 5 miles. If I'm really good, I might even lift weights, too. But that's pushing it!

I'm probably going to run the 8.4 mile Kelly Drive loop, though I may opt instead for 5-mile course at Valley Forge National Historic Park. I'm trying to get in shape for the Seattle half marathon in a couple weeks and the last four miles of that feature some nasty uphill stretches, or so I hear . Valley Forge is a great place to run hills. And if I'm feeling really ambitious, I'll do Kelly Drive Saturday and Valley Forge Sunday.

I am going to swim 30-40 minutes, run once, do strength-training once.

I plan to have a big run Saturday morning while I am visiting up at my mother's house in Northern New Jersey. It will be tough to gauge how far I go, so I'm aiming for about 50 minutes to an hour of running. Sunday I plan to return home, do weight training and resistance bands and a small run, like 3 miles...

I plan to go dancing one night this weekend - either zydeco or salsa - and do yoga for about 45 minutes on Saturday and Sunday.

Good Lord. No wonder you people are so fit. Run 8 miles!! No way!! I hope to go dancing with my husband Friday night to a local band called the O’ffenders. It’s a group of lawyers who are amateur rockers. I also would like to get a long walk in with my daughter. The husband had sinus surgery last week so the reality is that I will probably be walking up and down the stairs carrying hot soup and tea to his bedside.

I'll be chasing after a 4-year-old and painting my garage!
