I plan to run a long run Friday afternoon, then a short run Saturay morning, maybe 3 miles total. Saturday afternoon I will escape for half an hour tro do weight training, and Sunday I am working, so I plan to take the day off - and eat tailgating food!

My weekend exercise plan is, once again, two 45-minute yoga sessions plus some dancing.

Since I chickened out of taking the black belt test on Saturday, I will be in the audience watching. Also, on Sunday morning, I'll watch the marathoners start out. It pumps me up to see others move. As for my own calorie-burning efforts, I'll try to squeeze in at least one workout and/or maybe a karate class.

I need to schedule a 10-mile run, probably Sunday, since I'm hoping to be ready for the Seattle half-marathon on Nov. 30. Yvonne and I are volunteering at the Runner's Expo at Memorial Hall Saturday morning, so we'll get to schmooze with marathoners that day and maybe I'll be able to buy some waterproof running gear for my Seattle trip!

I ran 10 miles Sunday morning in the Wissahickon with Yvonne. It was so much fun. It was a beautiful, clear, cool morning. I love the trail on both sides of Valley Green. It's the most wonderful place to run.

I dont know what to do for exercise, i just want a good comsistant plan for me to do at like night, before i go to bed..any suggestions? please no weightlifting, just things like situps and basics..thanks please help me out
