Oh how we wish we were 32 and "innocent" again.
We would do exactly as David Vardy is doing.
Vardy, 19, is auctioning off his virginity. He started on eBay and then moved his ad to his own site after the eBay folk got antsy about the sexual content of his submission.
According to some Web site or other, he has received eight "firm" offers. The top bid has been more than 6,000 pounds. That's not the bidder's weight. It's that funny British money.
David said, according to that same Web site, that he just hopes his devirginizer is attractive.
He also reportedly said he has spent so much time with his computer that he just didn't have time for a girlfriend.
And then he said he didn't want to come across as a geek.
Come on, David, make up your mind.
He demonstrated his complete sexual ignorance when he said, "The ideal situation would be if it was a really nice woman. I hope it will be enjoyable."
We remind David of the great words of Woody Allen, who, upon being asked the eternal question, "Is sex dirty?" answered, "Only if it's done right."
