It was like a scene out of "Fast Times at Ridgemont High." Except it happened in Brooklyn. In 2004. And the cheerleader who berated the fans got the crap kicked out of her.
At a pep rally last week, according to those who might know, the cheerleader at Thomas Jefferson High School was booed for what one student said was a boring performance.
"They were just shaking their pom-poms," the student was quoted as saying.
But this cheerleader did more than shake her pom-poms in response. She yelled back, using foul language and no doubt rude gestures.
Afterward, the gang of students followed the cheeleader, 14, to a train station, where they beat and kicked her, and one student slammed a trash can on her head.
She was taken to the hospital with bruised ribs, a broken tooth and bruises on her head, neck and face.
But, according to the student who was quoted earlier, it was the cheerleader's fault.
"Nowadays," the student was also quoted as saying, "you have to be more energetic."
We wonder what the cheerleader would have to say about that.

First of all
Hitting the girl is an assault and that means that you not man enough and you are with the IQ of a chicken.
I'd personally would defended the cheerleader...
That's all I got to say about that...
