Precision Marketing
The Precision Marketing Group provides targeted mailing, telemarketing, campaign management and analysis services to both internal and external clients of the Philadelphia Inquirer and Daily News.
- PN maintains a proprietary database updated weekly containing a variety of information, including:
- Postal CDS qualified addresses of residential households in the Philadelphia DMA
- Household specific demographic & lifestyle data (Age, Income, Children, PRIZM clusters, etc.)
- Newspaper subscriptions, classified ads & other internal information
- Telecom phone numbers and addresses for new mover programs
- Federal & State Do-Not-Call lists, DMA Do-Not-Mail lists, and internal DNC & DNM lists
- PN's robust system includes a "state-of-the-art" campaign management system and analysis tools, allowing us to:
- Track and measure all direct-mail, telemarketing & email campaigns
- Utilize segmentation, profiling, modeling and data mining opportunities in the marketplace.
- Control and forecast acquisition and retention peformance by channel and offer
- Maximize program efficiencies while minimizing costs
- Advertising clients take advantage of our Precision Marketing services and provide PN with their internal customer files for marketing analysis. We are able to quickly append our proprietary data to external files to generate a variety of reports and maps to show the advertiser:
- What their customers look like.
- Where their customers live (Map)
- Where prospects who "look like" their best customers can be found.
- How PN can help them reach their customers and prospects.
- Alternate publications to reach customers & prospects that PN isn't able to reach
