Tours of The Philadelphia Inquirer and Daily News Printing Plant are scheduled on a regular basis. Community or school groups can schedule a tour by calling 610.292.6796.

Please leave your name, the name of your organization (if applicable), your telephone number, the number of people in your group and the date and time at which you were considering a tour.

Tours of The Inquirer newsroom are available to school groups, sixth grade and above, who are interested in Journalism careers. Visiting journalists and media professionals will also be given priority in tour requests. Consideration will also be given to general interest student groups such as Big Brothers and Sisters, Boy and Girl Scouts, civic and educational organizations, whose members are no younger than 12 years old.

Newsroom tours are limited to one each week on a first-come, first-served basis. They will be provided only on Mondays or Tuesdays at either 10 a.m. or 1 p.m. for one hour. Newsroom tours will include career conversations with reporters and editors, a short history of the newspaper and a video illustrating a typical day in the newsroom.
